Project planning and budgeting, reporting, daily follow-up with suppliers on-track, regular supplier visits, coordinating testing, coordinating regulatory, coordinating purchasing department. Responsible that the goods are ready in stock at product launch. Handover to product introduction team.

Summary

Founded the start-up Kuyabano Design Studio AB (included innumerable legal and administrative tasks such as legal filings, bookkeeping, tax reporting etc), taking a consumer product from initial concept to a fully functional, production-ready prototype. I managed the entire development cycle, including PCB design, MCU programming, and sourcing electrical components. The project reached a stage where the product was finalized in SLA-printed housing with production-grade electronics, fully prepared for a Kickstarter launch.
